Gosh... I've been skipping my gym routine for one week... Not sure how much I've gain weight after coming back from Kuching. Most of the time in Kuching I didn't even care about my diet. I've been eating lots of fast food lately... I think I might be gaining few pounds lately.
So yesterday I went to the gym with my cousin and we spent about 1 hour plus in the gym... I spent half and hour on cycling machine and about 20 minutes on the treadmill and another 50 times sit-up. I didn't even check how much calories that I've burnt yesterday but surely need to do more and watch on my diet.
Dinner I just took tuna sandwich and a glass of milk. This morning had three slices of garlic bread and a small bowl of chicken and mushroom cream soup. I really need to watch on my diet from ow onward. I don't want to get bigger than now. I really need to work hard to lose few pounds and back to my normal weight. So today I have to be determine and burn more calory today.
